Hicks Foundation calls for support and recommendations for ‘Women of Greatness’ event
In conjunction with Black History Month, the Robert “Bob” Hicks Foundation for Human and Civil Rights is planning a special event that will take place in Family Life Center of Bethlehem Baptist Church from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Feb. 25. It’s a red carpet celebration of “Women of Greatness.”

Colorado State kicks off Black History Month events
From documentaries to comedians to famous speakers, February will be packed full of Black History Month events at CSU. According to Joy Anderson, president of the Black Student Alliance, the Black/African American Cultural Center brought several student organizations together to plan out events and prepare the calendar for Black History Month.
