Activists help promote Tuskegee Airmen movie, black heroes

Famous cantor to headline ‘Jewish Earth Day’ event

Internationally recognized composer Cantor Meir Finklestein will be the featured artist at Bet Shira Congregation's 21st Annual Tu BiShevat Concert, which celebrates Jewish Earth Day, at 7 p.m. Sunday in the Arin Stacey Applebaum Sanctuary of Bet Shira Congregation at the Letty Roth Synagogue Complex, 7500 SW 120th St. in Pinecrest.
